Over the past few years, the Company has seen an increase in the risk of Finance Lease and/or Sales and Leaseback financing scheme, with a deterioration of  asset quality. Finance lease and/or Sales and Leaseback financing is not main business segment of the Company in terms of portfolio and revenue.

As a strategic initiative, the Company had stopped new account aquisition  for Finance Lease and/or Sales and Leaseback financing for Business Entities (Corporate Finance), since May 2024. Furthermore, the Company has decided to close this line of business effective from January 1^st, 2025.

Nonetheless, the Company remains committed to managing and providing the best service to the existing customers who still have obligations, ensuring that all of their obligations are fulfilled.

Closing the Finance Lease and/or Sales and Leaseback business for Business Entities (Corporate Finance) is a strategic decision taken to ensure that the Company can focus on its main business activities, i,e, retail financing and remain on a healthy and sustainable growth path.
