JACCS Co., Ltd. (JACCS)

Japan Consumer Credit Service (JACCS) was founded on June 29, 1954, in Hakodate, Hokkaido, Japan, under a founding philosophy that values trust and reliability. JACCS started as an installment credit service provider. In 1975 JACCS moved its Head Office functions to Tokyo and in 1976 applied to the stock exchange in Tokyo. JACCS continues to expand its business into emerging markets in Asia.

PT Mitra Pinasthika Mustika Tbk (MPM)

The Company of Mitra Pinasthika Mustika began in Jakarta, Indonesia on 2 November 1987 by William Soeryadjaya. Initially launched its business as a motorcycle distribution, the Company acquired Limited Company (PT) status in 1988 and soon expanded into related businesses including motorcycle retail sales and consumer parts. The Company has been actively expanding its business outreach ever since, with the establishment of FKT in 1988, established PT Mitra Pinasthika Mulia in 2010 to take over the motorcycle distribution business. MPM soon diversified into other areas including insurance, financing company, as well as car rental company.
