The Company implements social responsibility by referring to the Company Law and Government Regulation no. 47 of 2012 concerning Social and Environmental Responsibility of Limited Liability Companies. Corporate social responsibility is outlined in four main pillars as the basis for its implementation:

1. Sahabat Rakyat (Economic Pillar) is a form of the Company's concern for community empowerment, especially in the small and medium business sector.
2. Sahabat Cerdas (Education Pillar) includes activities that support educational activities.
3. Sahabat Sehat (Health Pillar) is a form of the Company's concern in the health sector.
4. Sahabat Hijau (Environmental Pillar) is a form of the Company's concern for the surrounding environment, both internally and externally
