One of these initiatives is the implementation of a Whistleblower System, a reporting channel that enables customers, vendors, agencies (third parties), and other stakeholders to report suspected fraud involving employees of JACCS MPM Finance Indonesia and/or parties associated with the Company.

What is a Whistleblower System?

A Whistleblower System is a communication channel designed to provide a safe and responsible way for individuals to report suspected misconduct or violations.

The Company is committed to ensuring that individuals who submit reports in good faith are protected from discrimination, intimidation, retaliation, or any form of disadvantage resulting from their reports.

Types of Violations That Can Be Reported

The following are examples of violations that may be reported through the Whistleblower System:

• Criminal acts
• Abuse of authority
• Violations of Company policies and regulations
• Violations of the Code of Conduct
• Acceptance of improper benefits, gifts, or gratuities
• Other actions that may harm the Company or its stakeholders

If you witness, become aware of, or possess information regarding any of the above violations, you are encouraged to submit a report through the available reporting channels.
